Dodging germs in planes, subway trains & at the water fountain

CNN explores how germs are commonly spread and advice on how to avoid getting sick.  The bottom line:

* Wash your hands often or use a hand sanitizer gel
* Cover your nose & mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze (or
cough or sneeze into your elbow)
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth since germs are spread that way
* Get the seasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine shot if you are in the priority groups
* Stay home when you are sick
